As I am in my mid-40s, I had been struggling with weight loss...that was before I discovered Kardiokick.

My first goal was to motivate myself to get to Kardiokick on a regular basis...we all lead busy lives and exercise usually ends up taking a back seat to everything else.

Fast forward ...I make it to Kardiokick on a routine basis and I have lost  35 pounds, six inches and 4 dress sizes!!

I have been doing my part by showing up...Kardiokick has been doing its part by pushing me to do what I would not do to myself...the results bare repeating...35 pounds, 6 inches and 4 dress sizes !!  If I can do it so can you!!
