K1 is the designation given to our beginning level program. The emphasis at the K-1 level is on building solid fundamentals through moderately intense conditioning. Participants will learn the basis skills needed to develop viable self-defense.
K2 is our intermediate level. The emphasis at the K2 level is on perfecting advanced fighting and sparring skills. Special focus will be given to hand/eye coordination, defensive fighting skills, and quick, powerful kicking.
K3 is our advanced conditioning and competitive sparring program. This program will feature weekly sparring sessions, and intensive fitness conditioning.
